All data is stored in high-security data centers located in the USA … one on the East Coast, and one on the West Coast … providing geo-diverse protection without leaving the country. Below is a summary of features, followed by an explanation with benefits. This can be set up as a secure way to share files with associates and even clients. In a collaborative setting, the administrator can be notified when a file is added or changed. The perfect solution for securely sharing files in-side, or out-side, of your business.

30 Day Rolling Backup: Every folder and file is backed up once every day. Should a file or folder be deleted for any reason, it can be recovered to any point within the last 30 Days.
90 Day Rolling Backup: Every folder and file is backed up once every day. Should a file or folder be deleted for any reason, it can be recovered to any point within the last 90 Days.
Security: Data Encryption at rest, in motion, File Firewall rules engine.
Anti-Virus: Automatically scan every uploaded file before placing it on the server.
Geo Redundancy: Data is stored in (2) geographically diverse data centers, one on the East Coast and one on the West Coast. Should there be a problem with the primary access data center, access will automatically fail over to the 2nd data center.
Custom Theme: The site where the data is stored/accessed can be set up with a company-branded appearance, making it appear to everyone as an internal company resource.
Custom Domain: The web address will appear to be an internal resource.
