We have immediate openings for an Office Assistant and a Customer Service Representative.

Office Assistant Duties Include:

• Basic computer knowledge a must
• Creating Excel and Word Documents
• Appointment/service call scheduling in Outlook
• Receptionist duties
• Ability to handle cash and run credit cards and properly apply payments in the portal
• Following up with clients
• Creating new work-orders via company portal application
• Basic office duties: Filing, Inventory, and ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Clean and organize storage and retail space
• Assist managers with technical work flow tracking
