As a police officer Rich was trained by the National White Collar Crime Center in Computer Data Recovery and Analysis. CES now specializes in computer forensics, analyzing and recovering of deleted and hidden data. Company Profile

Computer Enhancement Systems (CES), located in Frederick, Maryland, was founded in 1994 by Rich Robertson. Despite its small beginnings, CES has grown from a small computer repair shop to a full service Systems Network Integrator and Computer Service Center with a Store Front located on Route 26 next to CVS. CES has also added additional service vans for rapid on-site response (usually within 1 hour arrival from the initial call). Computer Enhancement Systems attributes that growth to our loyal customers, dedicated Technical Consultants and Technical service staff, and our caring employees that help fulfill our mission of providing our customers with the highest level of quality computer services that no other computer company can match. CES has added network video surveillance security cameras to their product line. The unique feature about video camera system will permit employers to view video from multiple cameras inside their work place from their personal desktop or remotely via the Internet by logging into a web page.

CES specializes in connecting office networks to the Internet and inner office network designs. Our mobile service units can service your office needs on location and usually within one hour of your call. Our A+ Certified technicians and Network Engineers (CCNE) can ensure your network connections are secure. Our A+ certified staff of technicians can repair, build and diagnose your computer system needs. CES CCNE certified engineers can troubleshoot and manage your network needs as well.


Information Technology/Consulting

We also offer database development, implementation and management, along with data transfers, conversions and data forensic recovery. With Rich's Law Enforcement Background and Law Enforcement Forensic training, CES can assist Law Enforcement and Attorney's in Criminal and Civil investigations. Rich has been qualified as an expert witness on computer forensics in Frederick County and Washington County Circuit Courts.
