Computer Enhancement Systems (CES), located in Frederick, Maryland, was
founded in 1994 by Rich Robertson. Despite its small beginnings, CES has
grown from a small computer repair shop to a full service Systems Network
Integrator and Computer Service Center with a Store Front located on Route
26 next to CVS. CES has also added additional service vans for rapid onsite
response (usually within 1 hour arrival from the initial call). Computer Enhancement
Systems attributes that growth to our loyal customers, dedicated Technical
Consultants and Technical service staff, and our caring employees that help
fulfill our mission of providing our customers with the highest level of
quality computer services that no other computer company can match.
CES is also a local Internet Service Provider (ISP) and has added
network video surveillance security cameras to their product line. The
unique feature about video camera system will permit employers to view video
from multiple cameras inside their work place from their personal desktop or
remotely via the Internet by logging into a web page.
Network and Computer Services
Our Novell and Microsoft Certified Technicians welcome you to bring in
your computer system. We will be able to meet your service and repair
demands, whether your computer requires a simple upgrade or something more
complex. CES specializes in connecting office networks to the Internet and
inner office network designs. Our mobile service units can service your
office needs on location and usually within one hour of your call. Our A+
Certified technicians and Network Engineers (CNE) can ensure your network
connections are secure. Our A+ certified staff of technicians can repair,
build and diagnose your computer system needs. CES CNE certified engineers
can troubleshoot and manage your network needs as well.
Technical Sales Consulting
Technical Consultant Manager Curt Withrow will be happy to assist you
with quotes on new systems and networks. Technical Consultants Herman
Niedzlelski and Lisa Robertson are also available to assist you with quotes
and computer system needs.
Computer Enhancement Systems receives shipments from computer manufacturers
on a daily basis. This allows our inventory to be well stocked with any
items that your system may need. Our store stocks everything from cables to
high end scanners as well as software to complete computer systems. Our
customer service staff will help you find what you need and check you out
quickly.
Information Technology/Consulting
We also offer database development, implementation and management, along
with data transfers, conversions and data forensic recovery. With Rich's Law
Enforcement Background and Law Enforcement Forensic training, CES can assist
Law Enforcement and Attorney's in Criminal and Civil investigations. We can
give you proprietary software evaluations as well as hardware pre-purchase
evaluations, saving you time and money.
Computer Classes
CES offers a variety of computer classes most weeknights and occasionally on
Saturday mornings. Our small class sizes will ensure you receive the maximum
from each class presentation. Classes offered include Windows95, Excel,
Internet, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office and Access. Courses
range from the beginner to the advanced and all at a price you can afford.
CES also offers parent & child classes, to help your child further his/her
education with computer software.
Internet Services
Computer Enhancement Systems is an Internet Service Provider. We offer
Internet service connection for both personal and professional use. We
specialize in your business's solutions on the World Wide Web. We want to
make your business's transition as easy and pleasant as possible. We offer
Web Hosting or Design, Dial-up Service, PC Hardware and Software, or network
your office to the Internet.
CES Reviews Your Business Needs
